This grant enhances Holt's ability to recruit families for children with varying special needs.   Holt is prepared to immediately reformat and expand the "Some Children Wait" section of Holts Hi Families magazine to feature color photographs and information on more "waiting children" in each issue.  We anticipate a heightened degree of response from families leading to accelerated placement of older children, sibling groups and children with special medical, developmental or emotional needs, thereby minimizing further developmental delays for the "waiting child."
