Step 4: I submitted the application, what's next?

Confirmation of Grant Application Receipt:
Immediately upon receipt of your application, we will send you a confirmation email that will also contain a copy of your completed application.

Initiation of Grant Application Review Process:
A trustee will review your application to see how well your project matches our mission, capability, and priorities in comparison to the competing organizations. If your project is selected for the next level of consideration, a trustee will contact you and request copies of your organization's financial statements. You will be asked to supply copies of the last 3 years of Form 990 Tax Returns for Tax Exempt Organizations. Please do not send this documentation unless requested.

Evaluation of Grant Application & Fund Dispersal for Approved Grants:
Grant applications reaching the final round of consideration are voted on for approval at our Foundation Board meetings which are held 3 to 4 times a year. Funds are usually immediately available for dispersal after approval.
