The Covenant House of Texas is a non-profit human service agency that offers emergency shelter, crisis intervention, and services to runaway and homeless young people under the age of 21.  This grant will fund their Rights of Passage Program.  This program is an eighteen-month transitional living program for young adults between the ages of 18 - 21.
