WACAP is one fo the most experienced adoption agencies in the world.  They find homes for orphaned or neglected children from the United States and five other countries.  This grant will fund a program that will include a full time Family Recruitment Specialist, who will recruit families for troubled children.  The objective of theis program is to get 25 foster children permanently adopted.
