If you are interested in applying for a grant on behalf of your organization, please fill out the following brief grant inquiry form. It will be emailed to two of our trustees (specifically Darlene Zubkus at Dzubkus@swettfoundation.org and Jeffrey Swett at jeffreyswett@mac.com). In an attempt to minimize the amount of time spent on application procedures, one of our trustees will contact your organization (with a letter for a denial for a formal application or a phone call for an official invitation to apply) within 21 days of the submission of this form. If your organization is invited to participate in the formal application process, we will provide the application at this time.
